Baron Malachi of Moravic (1528-1600)
First son to Thad the Black of Kronin. After his father defected from Kronin and settled the family in Moravic, Malachi was given the title Baron, for engineering the farm irrigation systems and increasing production in his county. He was part of the new wave of men who were self-made, and looked on with suspicion by the nobility for not being of ancient lineage. He married Lady Alexandria of Lenica in 1559.
